NSW: Premier heckled over gvt stance on workers comp
New South Wales Premier BOB CARR has been heckled by senior unionists over the government'sstance on the controversial workers' compensation reforms.
Mr CARR was speaking at the New South Wales Labor Council annual meeting, about industrialtriumphs of the state government in the past year.
But Mr CARR skirted around the issue of the workers' compensation reforms, with unionleaders shouting questions about workers' compensation.
Instead, Mr CARR focussed attention on the need for unionists and Labor governmentsto stand firm against the federal government's latest wave of industrial reforms.
